• Pre-Purchase Surveys indicating the condition of the property you wish to buy, together with photo’s explaining any existing defects and giving advice on suitable types of repair and costing.
• Building Advice we can provide advice on building problems, possible solutions and advice on materials i.e. their suitability/ compatibility with other materials etc.
• Licence and Permissions Service we can arrange for the application of permissions and licences on your behalf, including Architects and Projects and dealing with your local town hall.
• Insurance work we can carry out works related to insurance claims and provide you with the tax invoices that your insurance company will require.
• Project Management based on our experience in the UK, we can manage your construction projects, whatever the size or complexity including design, pricing, supervision of the works and payments. So whether you live in Spain, England, Ireland or in any other part of the world we can manage the process for you and give you the peace of mind that your works are being carried out. We will provide you with regularly updated schedules including progress photos by e-mail.

Construction Services works where possible with other local Spanish businesses giving us access to a much wider variety of building suppliers, materials, and traditional crafts. This allows us to create good working relationships and permits us to integrate more fully in the local community and support the local economy.
